What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or Procurement, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder‑management capability, Understanding of Procurement best practice, supplier performance management and contract negotiation, Experience leading cross‑functional projects in an outcomes‑driven environment, Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP and eProcurement tools, A commercial mindset, genuine passion for generating Procurement value beyond cost savings, and a passion to make a difference
Nice to Have
Customer or Corporate Services Procurement experience is desirable, Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Business or related discipline (CIPS desirable incl. those on an existing accreditation pathway)
