Must Have

4+ years’ experience in marketing within a brand or agency environment, Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns with commercial outcomes, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams, Excellent communication and project management capabilities, balancing multiple priorities, A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

What You'll Do.

Lead the end-to-end execution of category and brand marketing initiatives

ensuring all activity aligns with MECCA’s broader strategy and Brand DNA.

Lead the planning and execution of omni-channel brand partner campaigns across MECCA’s portfolio

Develop and implement annual marketing plans for strategic brands

in partnership with internal stakeholders and brand partners

Partner with Brands & Buying to align marketing activity with category priorities and growth opportunities

Act as the key contact for brands

and cross-functional delivery

Deliver post-campaign insights and continuously optimise performance and future planning
