Must Have
Three (3) years of solid experience in category management, with a proven track record of delivering results., Professional English and Greek is a must
Nice to Have
Experience in non-food categories is a plus, Background in online grocery, traditional grocery retail, or e-commerce, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments.

building and managing the assortment and trading plan

taking full ownership of category performance across assigned categories
defining and continuously updating Wolt Market’s assortment at a store level
Leading effective negotiations with suppliers
Influencing the design of the categories

Creating business plans for new opportunities
developing and executing project plans for the launch of new features
Continually improving and automating manual processes
