Must Have
A minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience in the IT, Software, Technology, and/or Cloud sectors with substantial international and cross-functional exposure in a global matrix organization., Knowledge of IT contracts, license agreements, and essential legal clauses, including those relating to IT Professional Services, Software Development, Cloud, and Data Center Infrastructure, as well as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, cloud platforms, software licensing models, and service-level agreements (SLAs), gained through collaboration with top-tier vendors., Full professional proficiency in English and German.
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Design and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for IT solutions
integrating business and technical requirements into forward-thinking procurement actions.
Lead negotiations and manage major contracts and framework agreements with top-tier IT
and software resellers.
Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with leading IT service providers
and software resellers.
Oversee the entire source-to-contract process
leveraging your expertise in negotiations to secure agreements and build long-lasting
value-driven relationships with both internal and external partners.
