Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related technical field, Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations, Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis, Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company, Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process, Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement Procurement Change programme for EMEA
Streamline vendor relationships focusing on tier 2 and
Ensure timely delivery of materials
Mitigate bottlenecks in the procurement process
Apply lessons learned from previous projects to enhance
Optimize vendor performance
Create and implement change programmes addressing policy
Raise maturity of the procurement function
Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to
Improve procurement function efficiency
Develop mechanisms and metrics to manage improved internal
Identify wasteful processes
Analyse data and market trends
Increase business impact of procurement
Create global Procurement processes and tools
Drive innovation across teams
Manage multiple projects and drive them to completion
