5+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, and product development, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations, Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and retail systems, Experience in leading remote team members, communication, collaboration, and project management skills, Critical and creative thinking skills in dealing with an everchanging environment, Statistical analysis and data manipulation skills, Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible in a high growth environment, Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting

We are looking for a Category Manager to join our Merchandising Team. This individual will report into our VP of Merchandising to develop and execute category strategies that drive revenue, customer growth, and competitive differentiation. If you are eager to own product lifecycle management, assortment decisions, and category performance within assigned product areas, we’d love to hear from you! This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 3 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.
