What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ Years of relevant experience, College degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience, written and verbal communication skills, skills in understanding legal and commercial supplier contract terms and conditions, interpersonal/relationship management skills, time and project management skills, Broad knowledge of all aspects of the Source to Pay lifecycle, Contracting experience within indirect procurement, Experience with procurement and sourcing in an onshore/offshore model, Experience working with a matrix organization
Nice to Have
Experience in a broad range of indirect procurement technology category experience, Exposure to Ariba or similar Procurement systems, Exposure to iCertis or similar Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, Experience in the health-related fields, Experience with HIPAA, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Experience with Purchase Order terminology, Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes, Coaching and mentoring of team members

Advise business stakeholders on sourcing best practices
Advise business stakeholders on negotiation strategies
Advise business stakeholders on contract terms
Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders
Manage projects throughout sourcing lifecycle
Manage projects throughout procurement lifecycle
Develop understanding of key cost drivers
Develop understanding of market factors
Conduct continuous research
Monitor market factors
Support continuous process improvement
Liaise with GPTPMS Center of excellence
Ensure alignment with process
Ensure alignment with best practices
Maintain sound relationships with suppliers
Maintain sound relationships with internal matrix partners
Maintain sound relationships with business stakeholders
Liaise with US GPTPM Teams
Liaise with Third Party Management Teams
