This includes managing trade requirements for product changes, visibility, shelf standards, and promotional activities. A key part of the role is ensuring (3P) partners who handle day-to-day execution is aligned with Unilever’s standards and timelines. **What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:** * Lead the execution of category initiatives including product changes, visibility enhancements, and shelf standards. * Define and ensure KPIs are met and up to Unilever Standards. * Ensuring the appropriate infrastructure and enablers to consistently achieve Unilever’s execution standards. * Monitor and manage category budgets to ensure optimal utilization. * Report execution performance and insights to CS&P for continuous improvement. **Experiences & Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in category management or customer development. * Strong project management skills with attention to detail. * Strategic and critical thinking capabilities. * Experience in CD operations or sales is a plus. ## Key Interfaces * Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P) * Procurement * Regulatory, QA, R&D * Brand Marketing * Market Collaboration & Planning (MCP) * Field Execution Managers * Third-party agencies and partners Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from al
