What You'll Do.

Assist buyers with purchase order (PO) entry

and maintenance in the ERP system.

Investigate and help resolve supplier invoice discrepancies in coordination with the supplier and finance team.

Communicate with suppliers to request quotes

and product availability.

Collect item data for tariff assessments and customs clearance

including CUSMA certification

and melt/smelt country.

Follow up on outstanding orders and expedite deliveries as needed.

Support Category Team initiatives by gathering and organizing supplier information.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Track and update order statuses to ensure timely delivery.

Assist in compiling procurement data and reports for analysis.

Collaborate with internal departments to support procurement activities.

Perform other general procurement and administrative duties as assigned
