Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field, Relevant experience of multidisciplinary work environment, Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and DMS experience, Demonstrated project/program management ability, problem-solving skills, Technical engineering background, oral and written communication skills, Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers, Ability to develop strategies and execute plans, data analysis, data visualization skills, ability to draw conclusions and initiate actions based on analysis results, Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, Fluent in English language, Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation
