## Company: Marsh Risk ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Casualty/Healthcare team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Hamilton. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Broker with Marsh Risk you will be responsible for the daily servicing of a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients within the Casualty & Healthcare practice. This is an opportunity to provides service & advice associated with placements made or delivered to clients and is involved in negotiations with insurance & risk markets to obtain best terms, conditions, coverage and pricing for a client per risk practice guidelines. **We will count on you to:** * Manage placements of casualty &/ healthcare insurance programs into the Bermuda market for Fortune 1000 or similar clients / major US based Healthcare clients * Address client needs, including assessing & developing solutions to complex risk situations * Identify and develope new sources of business * Oversee the strategy and co-ordination of such with other Marsh Offices globally * Analyze client exposures and prepare high-quality submissions to underwriters * Oversee policy management including follow up for policies, review of policy against bound terms & conditions, request for corrections, if any and delivery of reviewed policy to Distribution for delivery to client * Work as a senior member of a team and act as a role model for less experienced colleagues * Operate with a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients * Keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions * Benchmark and analyze new sales * Participate in public speaking/presentations and face-to-face negotiations **What you need to have:** * Minimum of 10 years’ Casualty &/or Healthcare insurance broking experience in Bermuda or the International insurance market * Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power
