Must Have

5+ year prior claims management experience with a focus in Auto Physical Damage, Technical expertise with proficiency in estimating software (CCC, Audatex, Mitchell) and an understanding of market valuation tools, Negotiation skills, Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

5-10 years total loss, material damage auditing experience preferred, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

What You'll Do.

Lead an adjusting team handling auto physical damage claims

Ensure timely resolution of claims

Drive technical excellence to control loss costs

Provide ongoing coaching to adjusters

Conduct periodic claim file audits

Monitor results to drive behavioral changes

Oversee claim dashboards

Communicate with internal business partners

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead staff to collaborate with insureds, third party administrators, underwriters, brokers, auto physical damage vendors; Communicate with all internal business partners and underwriters
