We’re seeking a **passionate and adaptable Casual Educator** to support our team at **Busy Bees at New Lambton** , located at **297 Lambton Road, New Lambton NSW 2305** , on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn. **What you’ll do** * Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) * Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children * Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members * Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children * Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS) **What you’ll bring** * A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values * Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) * Valid **Working with Children Check (Employee)** for NSW * Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded * Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday **Why Busy Bees?** Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
