Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Include: * Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals. * Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations. * Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service. * Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene standards. * Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements. * Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations. Shift Details (subject to change): * Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday * Shifts scheduled across breakfast and dinner periods * Immediate start available Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour Saturday: $38.78 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour ## Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: * Proven experience as
