# ******Job Description Summary****** Partner with the operations team and finance commodity leaders to drive optimal business performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash). Supports deal underwriting for commercial agreements with supply base & manage ongoing financial performance following agreement of deals. This role supports the Casting GMs where they will be the finance lead for a large operations team contributing to all product lines # **Job Description** _Roles and Responsibilities_ * Partners with operations team and commodity finance leaders to support business performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash) * Responsible for financial support on deal underwriting, supplier/contract management, and cost/cash optimization projects * Owns monthly close reporting for commodity including reporting of financial metrics & analysis in support of monthly operating review with PSM GM & PSM CFO * Contributes to commodity level strategy through key planning cycles (annual strategy & budget processes) including ownership of material spend and inflation outlook. * Leverages analysis & data to support recommendations and provide insight to commodity operations teams * Drive horizontal projects within sourcing finance team to improve process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce overall team workload * Communicate complex messages to others and explain difficult information * Work through areas of ambiguity and partner with cross functional teams in operations & finance to problem solve and benchmark best practices * Uses financial expertise & sound judgement to drive a high level of controllership & compliance at all times _**Required Qualifications**_ * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college * 5+ years’ experience in Finance with increased levels of responsibility _**Desired Characteristics**_ * Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
