Support oversight of CASS 15 Safeguarding rules implementation
Act as first-line intake point for information and
Apply risk-based approach to prioritise incoming correspondence
Identify key themes and potential consumer harm indicators
Escalate appropriately within agreed timescales
Produce concise analysis and MI for stakeholders
Support timely decision-making
Support effective allocation of work
Develop deep knowledge of CASS and Safeguarding regimes
Enhance grasp of how firms protect client assets
Identify recurring issues and bottlenecks
