Must Have
2-4 years of relevant experience, Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services, Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication with clear articulation in English and Mandarin, Good typing skill in English and Chinese (50+ words per minute), Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, attention to detail, accuracy, and responsible, Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment, Ability to work independently and as part of team with good attitude, Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent

Perform cash management operations
Execute FI Inward Remittance
Execute Paylink Cheque transaction
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Respond incoming inquiries
Assist the department in project implementation
Conduct UAT / PROD testing
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Support general functions
