Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
Complete ReSA activity daily
Lead and support all bank deposits
Manage red bags and media handling
Reconcile cash office profile register drawer
Manage associate spiff payouts
Complete WHIRL inquiries
Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
Support the marketing exceptions process
Support LP in credit dispute resolution
Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries
Assist support team with BOPIS / curbside service
Assist support team with order fulfillment
Assist support team with wrap & pack
Assist support team with merchandise preparations
Assist support team with markdowns
Assist support team with change requests
Assist support team with returns
Assist jewelry team with RTVs
Assist jewelry team with special order processing
Assist jewelry team with direct to store receipts
Assist jewelry team with ICE system management
Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant
Provide backup to Service Concierge
Perform other duties as assigned
