Collect information for intake

Maintain business relationships with providers

Prepare reports on monitored services
Review reports on monitored services
Provide casework services to Counselors
Assist in certification of service delivery
Utilize electronic case management system
Utilize agency supported software
Provide initial screening for individuals
Participate in Vocational Rehabilitation Services training
Furnish information regarding Texas Workforce Solutions
Furnish information regarding VRS Program
Mentor new rehabilitation assistants
