Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Customer service, HR management, Case management, or Leave & Disability management experience, Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency, Very good written and verbal Spanish (B2 CEFR), Very good written and verbal English (B2 CEFR)
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Initiate inquiries about leave and disability events
Respond to inquiries about leave and disability events
Provide holistic case management services
Review medical documentation
Adjudicate leaves in compliance with plans
Leverage duration guidelines
Leverage best practice tools
Leverage Amazon resources
Oversight of a leave event
Assess case management plan
Adjust case management plan
Address sensitive situations
Respond to sensitive situations
Remove barriers before
Respond to employee impacting issues during leave
Ensure right communication occurs
Solve problems with limited information
Facilitate smooth return to work
Facilitate ramp-back plan
Educate managers on employee concerns
Educate business partners on employee concerns
Communicate regular updates to employees
