Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, 1-2 years experience with mental health challenges, Experience with homelessness, mental health, or substance use disorders, Knowledge of local housing resources, benefits programs, and social service agencies, Bilingual or multilingual skills
What You'll Do.
Monitor client progress
Maintain case documentation
Deliver outreach services
Facilitate linkages to services
Facilitate linkages to housing
Provide crisis intervention
Provide face-to-face services
Assist clients in recognizing needs
