Bachelor's degree behavioral health, 2 years related experience, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), State of Virginia Fingerprint Clearance, VA DBHDS background check, VA DSS background check
Nice to Have
Master's degree behavioral health, Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Experience with children, youth, families, adults, Virginia involuntary treatment process
What You'll Do.
Manage care of individuals
Facilitate admission intakes
Develop treatment plans
Facilitate discharge planning
Assist in legal process
Initiate personalized care plans
Coordinate care with team
Educate individuals on consents
Participate in treatment team meetings
Collaborate on treatment plans
Complete treatment plans
Review treatment plans
Assess individual needs
Coordinate care and referrals
Identify service gaps
Make recommendations for discharge
communicate with individual
Maintain clinic record
Document services and activities
Maintain working knowledge of Virginia Involuntary Commitment process
Maintain working knowledge of DBHDS and DMAS behavioral
Participate in supervision
Participate in ongoing education
