Must Have
Experience in personal injury pre-litigation, Experience drafting and managing FOIA / public records requests and obtaining police reports across multiple jurisdictions, Experience opening claims, creating all coverage-related documentation, and managing relationships with insurance providers, Experience conducting liability analysis and organizing evidence (police reports, photos, video, witness statements) into case-ready packages
What You'll Do.
Support case management from intake through settlement preparation
Gather and organize liability evidence
Conduct fault analysis
Manage ongoing communication with insurance carriers and government agencies
Handle the full evidence and records collection process
Draft and submit FOIA and public records requests
Obtain police reports and supplemental narratives
Secure dash cam footage and 911 audio
Track outstanding records across jurisdictions
Ensure accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of the claim
Open insurance claims with all relevant carriers
Send letters of representation
Obtain claim numbers and adjuster assignments
Manage ongoing carrier communication
Draft and submit FOIA and public records requests to police departments
Escalate non-responsive agencies
Ensure timely receipt of police reports

Request and track medical records
Implement systematic follow-up protocols
Flag non-responsive parties for escalation
Conduct liability analysis from police reports
Assess fault allocation
