Professional **Position Details:** **The Opportunity:** As the Case Manager, you are independently responsible for identifying, coordinating, and implementing supportive measures and prevention activities for students, employees, and others participating in university grievance processes involving discrimination and harassment, including sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking. You collaborate closely with the Director, Assistant Director – Investigations, and Investigators to develop creative solutions that prevent future harm and promote participant safety. You counsel participants on their available resources and options at the university, contribute to policy and process development, and serve as a liaison between Compliance and Civil Rights and university staff, departments, law enforcement, and community partners. You monitor cases, provide proactive outreach, and coordinate ongoing support as participant needs evolve throughout each case. **Additional Information:** This is a **full-time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible.** **Monthly Salary:** $4,508 - $5,508 | _Commensurate with experience and qualifications._ In accordance with [RCW 49.58.110](https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=49.58.110), the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
