What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience in the AOD, community services, or human services sector, with case management capability, Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, human services, or similar (minimum Cert IV in AOD or equivalent experience), understanding of Aboriginal cultural systems and protocols, with the ability to deliver culturally safe practice, Proven ability to engage young people with complex needs using a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, Experience working with challenging behaviours, maintaining client motivation, and supporting voluntary engagement, Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and remain calm under pressure in a remote or regional context, Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, time management, and reporting compliance, Full driver licence with no restrictions, national police history check, qualifications check, referee checks, clearance to work with children/vulnerable people

What You'll Do.
Deliver comprehensive

Provide advocacy and coordinate referrals
working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure access to services
Deliver outreach support across the Pilbara
including transporting clients to appointments where required
Maintain accurate and timely administrative records
Facilitate capacity building and life skills development
while participating in case conferences and collaborative care planning

Working within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework, the service focuses on strengthening resilience, building confidence, and helping young people navigate complex circumstances through tailored interventions, family engagement, and community collaboration. In this role, you will deliver frontline case management to young people with diverse and often high needs, supporting them to reduce risk-taking behaviours and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes. While the position is embedded within the local community, this is an on-site position that also involves outreach across the region, providing flexible and responsive support.
