What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for the monitoring

and performance improvement of OPTN member institutions

Oversee the entire case management lifecycle

which encompasses case intake

Investigate potential violations of transplant policies

Ensure adherence to federal regulations

Monitor member organization compliance

Actively work to improve policies and processes

Provide critical guidance to transplant centers

Manage quality assurance activities

Analyze data for trends

Liaise with stakeholders to optimize compliance processes and outcomes

Provide leadership and oversight for Site Visit Leads/Investigators during patient safety and compliance case reviews

Act as the team lead for the task team responsible for managing case intake

and resolution activities

Manage the secure intake and documentation process for incoming patient safety and compliance cases

Redact sensitive information and ensure proper record management

Safeguard case records using secure storage

Develop and maintain case tracking tools

Ensure case tracking systems support real-time access for stakeholders and facilitate trend analysis

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports summarizing case activity

Assess newly submitted cases for severity

Develop initial case review plans

Escalate cases when appropriate

Coordinate case-related activities among various stakeholder groups

and coordination needs of all parties involved in individual cases

Analyze case data to identify trends
