What You'll Do.
evaluate and package secured loan applications
Verify customer information
Prepare and process loan documents
Conduct thorough due diligence of a customer’s application
Communicate with lenders
and other relevant parties
Liaise directly with customers by explaining and completing the application process
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs
Collaborate with administrators and advisors
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria
Suggest new ideas and processes for customer experience innovation
