Must Have
Advanced English proficiency, Bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience, 2+ years of working in customer service or Human Resource management or Case management or Leave & Disability management role, Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Basic APAC legislation Leave of Absence, Disability and/or Accommodations knowledge, Ability to apply critical thinking, Ability to build relationships and influence others, Time management and ownership of deliverables, Demonstrated communication skills, Prior Leave and/or Accommodations experience, Experience using case management systems, Experience reviewing cases for eligibility, Experience determining appropriate leave and/or disability pay benefits, Experience establishing/executing a case management plan, Experience providing guidance to employees or managers, Experience working multiple projects or cases independently, Experience working with confidential information
What You'll Do.
Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and
Serve as a point of contact for assigned
Provide holistic case management services
Review medical documentation to adjudicate leaves
Leverage duration guidelines
best practice tools and Amazon
Support oversight of a leave event
Critically assess and adjust the case management plan
Address and respond to sensitive situations
Troubleshoot issues and seek to remove barriers
Respond to employee impacting issues during leave
Ensure right communication occurs
Identify and solve problems
Facilitate a smooth return to work
Facilitate ramp-back plan for employees
Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns
Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with standard work
federal/state regulations
Maintain system records for accurate and timely information/documentation
coordinate and partner with third party administrator
Perform other duties as assigned
