What You'll Do.

Triage calls and/or emails

Assign cases in case management system

Provide appropriate referrals and resources

Provide drop-in services to students

Complete documentation and maintain records

Empower students to build self-sufficiency skills

Follow up with and support students in distress

Support students in applying for public assistance benefits

Monitor inventory of Cub Pantry and Basic Needs

Remove expired items from Cub Pantry

Place weekly order with Lion’s Pantry

Sort food and other basic needs resource items

Greet and direct walk-in students or other visitors

Communicate with parents/guardians

or designated emergency contacts

Assist with clerical tasks

Retrieve and distribute mail

Assist with outreach events

Assist with presentations
