What You'll Do.
Analyze and distribute daily weekend department assignments
Oversee weekend staff and ensure compliance
Evaluate patients' physical and emotional treatment plans
Work with care providers
Oversee treatment plans
Provide input during annual performance evaluations
Make recommendations regarding employee discipline
Assist Care Coordination staff with issues
Resolve family/physician issues
Coordinate weekend staffing schedules and assignments
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Ensure adherence to case management protocols
Conduct patient assessments
Develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with healthcare providers
Address and resolve patient and family concerns
Review and update patient treatment plans
Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams
Oversee documentation and reporting of patient progress
Provide training and support to new staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Manage resources and supplies for the department
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Establish and assess effectiveness of internal controls
Ensure employees are trained on controls
