Must Have
2 Years – Experience in Field, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent work experience, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, Ability to manage multiple sources of information and make timely, independent decisions, written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences, including leadership
Nice to Have
4 Years – Experience in Field, Experience with Oracle (OTM), Intermediate understanding of cost drivers, financial impacts, and scenario modeling, Ability to lead medium‑complexity sourcing events and evaluate supplier proposals, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent work experience
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary regional point of contact for carrier partners
managing communication
Support short-term and tactical transportation capacity sourcing
and communicate carrier KPIs
Communicate daily sourcing needs to carriers
optimizing utilization of contracted capacity
and evaluate carrier performance summaries
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
analyzing carrier pricing
Develop recommendations for supplier and process improvements
Support the onboarding
and development of new carriers
and capacity requirements are aligned
Monitor carrier pricing
and market conditions
Support department strategy through data collection
Contribute to procurement initiatives by serving as a project team member or project lead

Serve as the primary regional liaison between procurement, operations, and carrier partners; Collaborate with transportation, planning, and supply chain teams to support regional transportation initiatives; Helps leads problem-solving efforts with suppliers and the internal teams
