Must Have
2 Years – Experience in Field, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent work experience, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, Ability to manage multiple sources of information and make timely, independent decisions, written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences, including leadership
Nice to Have
4 Years – Experience in Field, Experience with Oracle (OTM), Intermediate understanding of cost drivers, financial impacts, and scenario modeling, Ability to lead medium‑complexity sourcing events and evaluate supplier proposals, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent work experience

The Analyst II independently leads mid‑complexity sourcing events, drives supplier performance management, and develops insights that influence strategic decisions.
