We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual with a background in logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong decision-making skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites efficiently, using discretion to ensure carriers meet our high compliance standards. This role involves vetting carriers by thoroughly researching their credentials and legitimacy through multiple websites and platforms. Responsibilities include making sure each carrier is compliant with company and industry standards, ensuring they are legitimate and reliable to haul shipments. The position requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume queue environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
