Clean and maintain carpet

Inspect areas prior to cleaning
Determine washing method
Vacuum loose dirt/debris
Walk assigned buildings/floors
Report unit maintenance issues
Lift and move furniture
Use carpet cleaning equipment
Maintain carpet cleaning equipment
Assist in maintaining storage closets
Maintain company vehicles
Ensure safe working environment
Complete duties on time
Be prompt with assignments
