This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: Constructing and maintaining safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection. Also does sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and other duties assigned by supervisor. Experience working with Concrete is a HUGE plus. Qualifications: Required: Possess 5 years of construction experience. Must be able to read basic drawings. Have training on construction safety protocols (i. e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform (boom and scissor). This position will provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues. Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
