As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing various wooden structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials needed and installation procedures * Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components for structures such as frames, doors, windows, staircases, and cabinets * Install wooden elements in buildings, including trim, molding, and hardware * Conduct repair work on existing wooden structures and fixtures as required * Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery * Prepare and install formworks for concrete pouring * Assess the quality of woodwork and materials to ensure they meet project specifications * Comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies * Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met * Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or property owners * Maintain a clean and organized wo
