Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Experienced maintenance professional specializing in finish carpentry, commercial door hardware repair, pneumatic tube system support, or similar complex mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical equipment within a healthcare environment. Must be able to diagnose equipment failures, perform preventative maintenance and minimize downtime to support safe and efficient operations. **What you will do ** * Demonstrates the ability to perform finish carpentry work including but not limited to removing or installing cabinets, counter tops, trim and door components. * Must be able to install drywall, plaster, metal studs (building materials) and perform caulking. * Diagnoses, maintains and repairs hospital infrastructure and equipment such as tube transport systems. * Performs commercial door lock repairs including crash bars, automatic operators and door closers. * Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot, service and assemble furniture and cubicles including sit-to-stand desks. * Must have the ability to install and repair suspended ceiling panels and grid systems. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
