What They're Looking For.
Must Have
City and Guilds or equivalent in a building trade. (Essential or working/prepared to work towards), Holds a current driving licence and access to a vehicle., Reliable and able to fulfil contracted hours and work patterns e. g. days, evenings, weekends etc.

provide support to village teams to maintain the village in a clean
attractive and functional condition
ensure that the village building
equipment and fixtures are maintained in good and safe working order
carrying out all health & safety and compliance checks as required
ensuring a culture and environment where people feel supported and valued
