We have an exciting opportunity for a Carer to join our Mansfield team. Our Carer's can offer support to our Clients by : * Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines. * Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement. * Offering companionship for emotional well-being. * Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required such as laundry and light cleaning. * Accompanying clients to activities, appointments and shopping. * Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders. * Meal preparation and planning to clients’ specific requirements. * Embracing opportunities to enrich the lives of our clients.
