Assist residents in all areas of care
Assist residents in engagement
Assist residents in dining
Adhere to SRG philosophy
Maintain professional appearance
Wear name tag and uniform
Adhere to SRG cell phone policy
Report to work on time
Receive report from previous shift
Read Care Staff Assignment
Read End of Shift report
Complete incident reports
Provide report to oncoming shift
Document on End of Shift Report
Document on CareStream
Answer resident call lights
Answer resident alarms
Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living
Encourage residents’ self-care
Promote residents’ self-care
Assist residents with meals
Assist residents with housekeeping
Assist residents with laundry services
Clean up kitchen area
Conduct engagement activities
Encourage residents in activities
Assist residents in activities
