What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, C.N.A. or caregiver experience, First Aid / CPR certification required, Basic reading and writing skills, Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, Ability to push and pull objects, Lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted, Full use of hands, arms, and legs

Assist resident in all areas of care
Maintain professional appearance
Report to work on time
Receive report from previous shift
Provide report to oncoming shift
Complete incident reports
Sign out and carry equipment
Answer resident call lights
Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living
Encourage and assist residents in program activities
Assist residents with meals
Assist residents with housekeeping
Assist residents with laundry services
Maintain a clean environment
Provide high quality resident care
Recommend ways to improve quality
Observe changes in resident status
Communicate changes to Director of Assisted Living
Respond to emergencies
Follow policies and procedures for infection control
Follow fire and disaster plans
Maintain confidentiality with resident information
Participate in team meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Full Job Description
The anticipated wage range is $20-$22 per hour We are seeking the following schedules: * Tuesday- Saturday PM shifts * Tuesday and Wednesday PM shifts For over 37 years, Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA. Our experience and passion has helped us win many awards for innovative community design, excellent service and exceptional care. In partnership with the health services team, the Caregiver is responsible for assisting the resident in all areas of care as assigned by the Director of Assisted Living, or designee. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Adheres to and conveys the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality. • Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty. • Wears name tag, uniform, and adheres to SRG cell phone policy. • Reports to work on time and as scheduled per community policies and procedures • Receives report from the previous shift, reads Care Staff Assignment and End of Shift report for information and changes before providing resident care. • Documents care given via CareStream; adhering to policies and procedures. • Provides report to oncoming shift and documents on the End of Shift Report and CareStream before going off shift. • Completes incident reports when needed. • Sign out and carry equipment such as radio, tablet, and keys at onset of shift. • Answers resident call lights, door, and resident alarms promptly. • Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living, encouraging, and promoting residents’ self-care to the extent possible as needed or assigned. • Encourages and assists residents in individual and group program activities. • Assist residents with meals, housekeeping, and laundry services as needed, requested or assigned. • Maintains a clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. • Provides high quality resident care and recommends ways to improve
