Eligibility Requirements

Wears name tag, uniform and adheres to SRG cell phone policy, Sign out and carry equipment such as radio, tablet, and keys at onset of shift, Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Senior Resource Group unless designated smoking areas have been established by a particular office in accordance with applicable state and local law.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

CNA or experience as a caregiver, High school diploma or GED, First Aid / CPR Certification required

What You'll Do.

Assisting the residents in Memory Care in all areas of care

Receives report from the previous shift

reads Care Staff Assignment and End of Shift report for information and changes before providing resident care

Documents care given via adhering to policies and procedures

Provides report to oncoming shift and documents on the End of Shift Report and CareStream before going off shift

Answers resident call lights

and resident alarms promptly

Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living

and promoting residents’ self-care to the extent possible as needed or assigned

Assist residents with meals

and laundry services as needed

requested or assigned

and cleans up dining and kitchen area

Conducts engagement as assigned

encourages and assists residents in individual and group program activities

safe environment for residents

Observes for changes in resident physical or mental status and communicates to the Enliven Director

and/or manager on duty

Responds promptly to residents

or visitor emergencies

follows policies and procedures

Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality with resident and family information

Attend and participate in training and team meetings as assigned

Communicates to the Enliven Director, LVN/LPN, and/or manager on duty
