Must Have
Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required, Valid State driver’s license
Nice to Have
Teaching License Preferred in the State in which the Center is located
What You'll Do.
Manages Career Trade Instructors
Analyzes training procedure
Counsels’ groups and individuals
Develops Corrective Action Plan
Ensures integration of vocational training
Conducts regular shop visitations
Writes and Develops SOPs
Attends Scheduled Meets
Maintains required Statistical Performance
Reviews Center reports
Meets bi-monthly with vocational staff
Meets jointly with academic and vocations
Review’s attendance sheets
Notes any trends or patterns
Ensures all custodians/locations complete inventories
Ensures any theft or other losses are reported
