Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. Through personalized practice interviews and coaching, you ensure successful transitions into the workforce, fostering confident and well-prepared allied health professionals. What you’ll do: Interview Preparation: Prepare students for the interview process, including practice interviews and formal resume conversations. Real-World Expectations: Clearly set expectations for real-world interviews and lead practice sessions with at least 5 students per day. These sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours per conversation. Video Interview Facilitation: Set the stage for video interviews by introducing the call flow and expectations, in addition to facilitating a full mock interview experience.
