What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma/GED or higher, 2+ years of work experience combining elements of training, counseling, case management, or other services, 2+ years of case management experience, ability to read and interpret policies and procedures, 2+ years of experience with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, 2+ years of demonstrated ability working in a dynamic team environment, aptitude for communication, interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with others, high level of professionalism, demonstrated ability to work in a variety of settings with a culturally-diverse customer base, ability to be culturally sensitive, demonstrated ability to serve as a role model to customers, motivate them towards achieving goals, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, A Valid Driver’s License

Nice to Have

Experience in recruiting or marketing services, Experience and knowledge of workforce and/or government contracts/programs

What You'll Do.

Provide intensive case management services

Complete intake and eligibility determination

Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs

Enter data into Career Edge data systems

Assist clients to complete career assessments

Develop a comprehensive Individual Employment Plan

Counsel clients on available job opportunities

Complete Individual Training Account vouchers

Refer individuals to appropriate services

procedures and regulations

Maintain accurate individual case files

Provide referral and tracking of eligible customers

Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks

Participate in all staff related events

Complete all required reports
