Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ Perform basic job duties to support the Department of Surgery while participating in experiential learning opportunities. Participate in shadowing opportunities to understand clinical flow of surgery. Participate in development and sharing of multi-media content with identified audiences. Conduct self in a manner that is conducive to teamwork within the area of practice.
