Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ Perform basic job duties to support the Department of Surgery while participating in experiential learning opportunities. Participate in shadowing opportunities to understand clinical flow of surgery. Participate in development and sharing of multi-media content with identified audiences. Conduct self in a manner that is conducive to teamwork within the area of practice. Significant training is provided prior to independent work shifts. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Assist personnel with procedures including public health * Assist with community surveys, interviews, and education * Work with community partners to learn about, develop and disseminate (share) multi-media content to advance community health and safety * Complete trainings including but not limited to: Canva, Stop the Bleed, Robotics in Surgery and Sutures * Complete college preparedness application requirements * Perform im
