Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, training, counseling, customer service, or related human services., Experience interpreting and applying policies and procedures., Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment., interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills., Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to work with a culturally diverse population with cultural sensitivity and professionalism., Ability to motivate participants and serve as a positive role model.
Nice to Have
Experience with WIOA, TANF, or other workforce development programs., Experience with CalJOBS or similar case management systems., Experience in recruiting, outreach, or marketing services., Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
