What You'll Achieve.
meet internal service level agreements and goals in a timely manner; ensure a quick turnaround time and resolution; meet and/or exceed targets/metrics
Industry & Context.
resolve issues over the telephone; defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers
mandatory 3 days into our offices located in Harrisburgh, PA, willing and able to travel to our Pittsburgh, PA office, PA office 3 times a week
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment, At least 1 year of experience in high-volume inbound call center or contact center environment, Ability to organize, set priorities and manage time effectively, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to resolve issues over the telephone, Attention to detail in reviewing records, Ability to meet and/or exceed targets/metrics, Computer proficiency typing skills
Nice to Have
Two years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment, Healthcare/startup experience, Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages
What You'll Do.
Meet internal service level agreements
Follow up with patients and caregivers
Engage with patients and caregivers
Serve as point-of-contact for caregivers
De-escalate situations
Offer patient assistance
Escalate unresolved issues
Adhere to client service standards
Input and update case file data
Manage call dashboards
Assist in managing assignments
