What You'll Do.

Provide an elevated client experience

Timely and accurate completion of all CASS administration

diagnose the reason for the product being returned

Perform both express repairs and minor technical repairs

Manage all spare part orders and inventory

Establish and maintain customer relationships

Deliver training to Fashion Advisors

Conduct regular audits

Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge
